Shipping Policy

Portable currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Costs

Standard UK delivery costs £1.99.

Delivery is free on orders over £40. Free delivery will be applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying order value is reached.

Delivery Time

Orders are estimated to arrive within 7–18 working days. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, busy periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent by email after the order has been dispatched. Please allow time for the tracking details to update.

Separate Parcels

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels because items may be dispatched from different warehouses. You will not be charged additional shipping fees.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived after 18 working days, contact portable.store@outlook.com with your order number so we can investigate.
